Cooking Instructions:
1) Soup
Put all ingredients of your choice into the boiling soup, especially great with soup stock from pork bone, fish bone or chicken bone, can even add into yongtofu soup.
Boil the noodles and filter off the water, add into the soup . Ready to serve. Can garnish with fried onion or green onions.
2) Dried
No need to fry, add noodles into boiling water for only 3 minute, dry it and add ingredients of your choice and stir with dark sauce or sos campuran , if you like spicy taste, add some chilli sauce. Garnish with Spicy mama to bring the noodle to next level, add on some roast pork or char siew, or wanton, then noodle is ready to serve.
